This Privacy Policy explains how Anderkontrol – Michał Anderko (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes information when you use Photo Print Sheet for Android (the “App”) or contact us about it. It applies specifically to this App, not to all of our other applications, games or website services.
Photo Print Sheet arranges copies of a photograph on a sheet and creates a new PDF on your device. It uses a device-local credit balance and user-initiated rewarded advertising. It does not require a user account and does not provide an image-upload service. The App also uses Google Analytics for Firebase for basic app-usage measurement only after your affirmative consent, as explained in section 5.
1. Data controller and contact
Data controller:
Anderkontrol – Michał Anderko
Burstwiesenstrasse 22
8606 Greifensee
Switzerland
Contact emails:

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your request.
2. Information we process
2.1 Photographs and files you select
The App accesses the JPG/JPEG or PNG file you select through Android’s system file picker. It reads the image and information needed to handle it, such as its format, dimensions and orientation metadata. It may create a private working copy, decoded image data, a preview and temporary PDF files in its local app storage or cache.
Image processing and PDF generation take place on your device. We do not upload the contents of your selected photographs or generated PDFs to our servers, advertising providers or analytics providers as part of this processing. The App creates a new PDF rather than modifying the source photograph.
This is not a promise that a file can never leave your device. The system picker can expose a cloud-storage provider, and a PDF viewer or another service you choose may access or synchronize the file under its own terms. Saving to a cloud location, opening a PDF in another app, or sending us a file yourself can therefore involve separate third-party processing.
The App is not a metadata-removal or secure-redaction tool. Do not assume that generating a PDF or cropping a photograph removes every metadata field or all hidden image data. Check a file before disclosing it to someone else.
2.2 Local settings and technical state
The App processes sheet settings, such as page size, orientation, units, photograph dimensions, copy count, margins, spacing and the Fit or Fill selection. Local app state can also include file references needed for the current operation, privacy choices, credit transaction identifiers and information needed to recover an interrupted export. These support the App’s operation; they are not an online user profile.
2.3 Advertising and consent information
The Google advertising and consent SDKs process information independently of the local image-generation function. Depending on SDK configuration, device settings and the applicable privacy choices, this includes:
- IP address and a general location inferred from it;
- device and app identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available and permitted;
- app and ad interactions, such as launches, ad views, video views and taps;
- technical, diagnostic and performance information used by the advertising SDK;
- consent status and information used to determine and apply regional privacy choices.
Advertising and consent processing is separate from the consent-based Firebase Analytics measurement described in section 5. The App does not add photograph contents, file names, file paths or its local credit balance to custom advertising or analytics event parameters.
2.4 Information you provide to support
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments or technical information you choose to send. Do not include sensitive photographs, documents or other information that is unnecessary to resolve your request. Sending an attachment to support is different from selecting a file for local processing in the App.
2.5 Local credits
One rewarded-ad reward grants one credit. One successful export of the entire sheet PDF costs one credit, regardless of how many copies of the photograph appear on that sheet. Credit balances and the transaction records used to grant, spend, refund or recover credits are stored locally on your device.
Credits can be spent offline when the source and destination files are locally available. There is no account-based wallet synchronization or supported credit-backup/device-transfer mechanism. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data or changing devices can cause the balance to be lost. Credits have no monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for money. The Terms of Service explain their operation in more detail.
3. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to read the photograph you select, prepare the layout and preview, and create and open your requested PDF;
- to maintain local settings, the credit balance and export recovery;
- to provide rewarded advertisements and related ad measurement, security and fraud prevention;
- to manage privacy choices and apply the relevant SDK permissions;
- to understand basic App usage and improve the App through automatic Firebase Analytics measurement, only with your consent;
- to respond to support requests and investigate technical issues using information provided to us;
- to protect against misuse, comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our rights.
The App does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions or a paid “No Ads” entitlement and does not use Google Play Billing.
4. Advertising and rewarded ads
Photo Print Sheet uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for ordinary rewarded advertisements that you explicitly choose to watch to earn an export credit. The App does not use banners, interstitials, rewarded interstitials, app-open ads or native ads. Advertisements are not inserted into your generated PDF.
Ad-related processing supports delivery, measurement and protection against invalid traffic. Choosing to request a reward is not, by itself, consent to personalized advertising or Analytics. We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable privacy notices and choices, and make the required privacy-options control available in the App when the SDK requires it.
The advertising that can be requested depends on applicable requirements, your region, your choices and the SDK’s current permission state. Non-personalized or limited advertising is not necessarily free of data processing, and declining personalization does not guarantee that an advertisement will be available.
You may also manage the advertising ID and personalization controls available in your Android settings or Google account. Refusing Analytics consent does not remove credits you already hold or prevent their use for a local export. Availability of new rewarded ads is assessed separately.
5. Firebase Analytics
Photo Print Sheet uses Google Analytics for Firebase for basic app-usage measurement, only after you give affirmative consent to Analytics. Analytics collection remains off before consent and if you refuse it. The separate advertising measurement described in sections 2 and 4 is governed by the applicable advertising privacy choices.
With your consent, the SDK automatically collects information such as first opens, sessions, screen views and engagement, together with associated app/device information and identifiers used for measurement. Examples of automatic events include first_open, session_start, screen_view and user_engagement. These are examples, not an exhaustive list of automatic SDK event names. We use this information to understand how the App is used and improve it.
We do not log custom product events, assign our own user IDs or custom user properties, or manually log screen views. Photograph or PDF contents, file names, file references and wallet transaction details are not sent as Analytics event data.
You can refuse Analytics or withdraw your consent through the App’s privacy options. Withdrawing consent stops further Analytics collection. Refusing or withdrawing that consent does not itself prevent local editing or export with an existing credit. Accepting the Terms, closing a privacy form, or being eligible to receive an ad does not by itself grant Analytics consent.
6. Third-party services
The following table describes the App-specific integrations, rather than a list of services that other Anderkontrol apps might use.
| Service | Purpose | Information / scope | Status in Photo Print Sheet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads | Rewarded advertising, measurement and fraud prevention | Advertising and technical information described in section 2.3; not the contents of your photographs or PDFs | Integrated; ad requests depend on privacy eligibility and availability |
| Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) | Privacy notices and choices | Privacy choices and information needed to determine the relevant consent flow | Integrated; forms and options depend on the applicable regional requirements |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Basic automatic app-usage measurement | Automatic events and associated app/device information and identifiers described in section 5; not the contents of your photographs or PDFs | Active only after affirmative Analytics consent |
This App does not integrate Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Play Billing, Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay/ironSource or Meta Audience Network. It does not provide an account, a hosted photo library or a cloud-processing backend.
Google Play provides app distribution. Email services process support messages, and file-storage or PDF-viewer services you choose can process files separately. These are distinct from the App’s own processing. Relevant provider information includes:
- Google Privacy Policy;
- Google advertising technologies;
- How Google uses information from apps and sites using its services;
- Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures;
- Firebase Privacy and Security.
7. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the processing:
- Performance of a contract: providing the local features you request, managing export credits and addressing service-related requests;
- Consent: processing that requires consent, including applicable advertising purposes and Firebase Analytics collection based on your affirmative consent as described in section 5;
- Legitimate interests: handling support, maintaining security, preventing fraud and protecting our rights, where permitted and after taking your rights and interests into account;
- Legal obligations: responding to requirements imposed by applicable law.
We do not treat agreement to the Terms of Service as a substitute for a required privacy consent. Nor does describing an ad as non-personalized remove applicable consent requirements.
8. Data sharing
Information may be disclosed to Google and relevant service providers for the advertising, consent, Analytics, distribution and support functions described above; to professional advisers when needed to protect our rights or comply with obligations; and to legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. Analytics information is collected and shared with Google only after your affirmative Analytics consent, as described in section 5.
We do not supply your selected photographs or generated PDFs to these providers as advertising or Analytics data. A file provider, viewer, recipient or support service can receive a file when you choose that separate operation. We do not operate a public gallery or publish your photographs.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures can fall within broader definitions of “sharing” or “sale” under some privacy laws. Applicable consent and opt-out rights remain available; this wording does not waive them.
9. International transfers
We are located in Switzerland. Our support communications and information processed by Google services may be handled outside Switzerland, including in the United States and other countries where Google or its service providers operate. This can include processing outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where required, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism must apply, such as an applicable adequacy framework or standard contractual clauses. Google describes its international processing and safeguards in its Privacy Policy and data-transfer framework information. Those provider arrangements do not mean that Anderkontrol is itself certified under a particular framework.
The App’s local photograph processing does not itself require a transfer to our servers. Transfers by a cloud-storage service, external viewer or recipient you choose are governed separately. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to information we hold.
10. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Local settings, credits and transaction records: these may remain in app storage until they are removed by the App’s normal operation, you clear app data, or you uninstall the App. There is no supported cloud restoration of the credit wallet.
- Working files and cache: private image copies, previews and temporary PDFs may remain until cleaned up by the App or Android, or until the relevant app storage is cleared. We do not promise immediate deletion after every operation.
- Saved PDFs and original photographs: files in your chosen storage are controlled separately. They can remain after uninstalling the App and must be deleted through the relevant file manager or storage provider.
- Support messages: we retain these as needed to handle the request and any related legal or business-record obligations.
- Advertising and consent information: provider retention is governed by the applicable service settings and policies linked above. We do not represent that clearing the App erases data already held by those providers.
Firebase Analytics information: information collected with your consent is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable policies. Withdrawing consent stops further collection but does not automatically erase information already collected. See section 11 for your rights and how to make a request.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) where appropriate.
Contact us using the addresses above to exercise rights relating to information we hold. We may need proportionate verification of your request. There is no Photo Print Sheet account to delete, and we do not have remote access to your local photo files or wallet merely because you use the App.
Your practical controls include:
- using the App’s privacy options to review your Analytics choice and withdraw consent, and to review other applicable privacy choices;
- managing advertising controls in Android or Google settings;
- clearing app storage or uninstalling the App, with the associated loss of local credits and settings;
- deleting saved PDFs or source files through the relevant file manager or provider;
- using the relevant third-party provider’s privacy and deletion controls for information it holds.
Deleting local data does not automatically delete support emails, files saved outside the App or information previously received by Google or another provider.
12. Children
Photo Print Sheet is not directed to children under 13. Users who are minors must also meet the parental or guardian requirements in the Terms of Service and any applicable law. The age threshold stated here is not a statement that a child of that age can independently consent to every type of data processing in every country.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can assess the situation and take the action required by applicable law.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. The App uses Android’s file-selection and storage mechanisms for its local workflow. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Protect access to your device and the storage locations you select. The App is not a secure vault, an encrypted file-sharing service or a guarantee that a photograph or PDF has been anonymized.
14. Third-party links and services
The App and this policy may link to third-party websites or open an external app. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. This includes websites opened from advertisements, PDF viewers, cloud-storage providers and email services.
This policy describes Photo Print Sheet and related support. It does not purport to describe every website-hosting or cookie practice of the site on which you are reading it.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when the App or its processing changes. We will update the date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or by another reasonable method. Material new processing will be disclosed before it begins, and consent will be obtained when required.
Reading an updated policy or continuing to use the App is not, by itself, a new consent to advertising personalization or Analytics.
