These Terms apply specifically to the Android app PDF Resizer. The App changes PDF page dimensions and saves a new copy locally. It does not promise to reduce the PDF’s file size.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Anderkontrol – Michał Anderko (“Anderkontrol”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of PDF Resizer for Android (the “App”).
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the PDF Resizer Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the App for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, extract or commercially exploit the App itself except where mandatory law permits it or we provide written permission. The App is licensed, not sold.
The App lets you:
The App changes PDF page dimensions. It is not a PDF file-size compression service, and changing page dimensions may increase, decrease or leave the file size substantially unchanged.
The App is designed to process files locally on your device and create a new output copy. You remain responsible for keeping backups of important files and confirming the output before deleting or replacing any original document.
You retain all rights you hold in your PDF files. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and any necessary permission to process each file through the App.
You agree not to use the App to process, create or distribute content in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, confidentiality duties, court orders, employment obligations or contractual restrictions.
The App may be unable to open or correctly process some files, including corrupted, malformed, encrypted, password-protected, unsupported, unusually complex or exceptionally large PDFs.
You should verify every output PDF, including its page count, page dimensions, orientation and visible content. The App is not a substitute for a professional archival, prepress, legal-document verification or document-recovery service.
The destination and filename are selected through Android’s document provider. Availability, naming, replacement behavior and deletion capabilities can depend on the selected provider.
We do not guarantee that every Android document provider or external PDF viewer will behave identically.
The current version uses optional rewarded advertisements and local export credits.
Rewarded-ad availability is not guaranteed. Clicking an offer does not itself earn a credit. If an advertisement is unavailable or the reward callback is not received, no credit is granted.
The current version does not offer an in-app purchase, paid “No Ads” product or unlimited-credit subscription. If paid products are introduced later, the App, Terms and Privacy Policy will be updated before those products are offered.
Rewarded advertisements are provided through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google UMP is used for privacy messages and choices where required.
Google Analytics for Firebase is used to understand app usage, sessions, engagement and product funnels. Firebase Crashlytics is used for crash, ANR and unexpected technical-failure diagnostics. These services are described in the Privacy Policy.
Where a consent-required flow applies, the App initially disables Analytics and applies the resolved privacy choice before making the main interface interactive. Advertising requests remain subject to UMP eligibility.
You may be able to revisit applicable choices through Settings → Privacy choices. Google and Firebase also operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The current App integrates Google AdMob, Google UMP, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and supporting Firebase components. The App is distributed through Google Play and uses Android document providers and external PDF viewers selected or installed by you.
We do not control third-party networks, forms, stores, document providers or viewer apps. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and technical behavior apply separately.

We may update the App to improve functionality, compatibility, security, privacy compliance, analytics, crash diagnostics, advertising, credits or supported Android versions.
We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, anti-fraud, platform-policy or product reasons. We do not guarantee that rewarded ads, every export mode, every document provider or the App itself will always be available without interruption.
The App, its source code, design, branding, graphics, text and other materials supplied by Anderkontrol are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or Anderkontrol branding to you.
Your PDF files and the content they contain remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s.
Your use of the App is governed by the PDF Resizer Privacy Policy, which explains local document processing, rewarded ads, Analytics, Crashlytics, local credits, consent choices and your rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anderkontrol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including loss or corruption of files, loss of local credits, inability to access an advertisement, incompatibility with a document provider or viewer, or reliance on an unverified output.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and verifying exported documents before relying on them.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms when the App, active SDKs, credits, advertising, privacy practices or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
These published Terms are currently provided in English. The App may display translated interface labels. Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience; the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any app-specific notice shown in connection with a feature form the agreement between you and us regarding the App.
